Artist's narrative: Piercing amber eyes directed through inkblots adrift on a translucent sea.  I could tell these two were going to be a challenge.  Top Gun rarely drops his mask, but the three of us shared magical walks through their illusory world until the portrait pleased us all...then they were off.
